Based around a genuine tribunal hearing, this highly acclaimed and intensely interactive session has been presented on hundreds of occasions around the UK, often jointly with ACAS.
All the roles are carefully scripted and the event looks and feels like a real case hearing whilst providing the backdrop to an informative discussion about people management issues.
The full or half day course is aimed not just at HR professionals but at anyone involved in people management. It will help them understand best practice and practical people management in difficult situations. It will also play out worse-case scenarios.
We currently offer cases dealing with misconduct based unfair dismissal, bullying/harassment and constructive dismissal or we can write one to your requirements. The course is also available on a 1.5hr long DVD called 'The ACAS Essential Guide to Employment Tribunals' and can be purchased from the ACAS web site.

About the trainer
