A highly acclaimed and intensely interactive session based around a replica employment tribunal hearing, re-running a real life case. This course has been presented on hundreds of occasions around the UK, often jointly with ACAS, and has received fantastic reviews.
All the roles are carefully scripted and the event looks and feels like a real case hearing whilst acting as the backdrop to an informative discussion about people management issues. The full or half day course is aimed at helping anyone involved in people management, not just HR professionals, to understand best practice and practical people management in difficult situations against the back drop of what happens when things go wrong.
We currently offer cases dealing with misconduct based unfair dismissal, bullying/ harassment and constructive dismissal or we can write one to your requirements.The course has also been converted into a 1.5hr long DVD called 'The ACAS Essential Guide to Employment Tribunals' and can be purchased from the ACAS web site.

About the trainer
