The day begins with a quiet coffee during which our trainer (always a fully qualified lawyer) is introduced to the group. Soon the two staff secretly involved in the training begin a scripted quarrel that quickly gets out of hand.
Your staff are then asked to manage the problem, with our help. As they do so, the backstory unfolds and, as so often happens for real, the underlying problem is revealed to be extremely complex. Throughout the course of the day, participants make critical decisions and they then have to live with and manage the Consequences.
This highly interactive full or half day course is not just for HR professionals but for anyone who manages people. It has proved to be a hugely popular method of training staff on how to resolve personal disputes.
