The employment lawyers work closely with our HR consultants on discrimination, harassment or bullying claims, for instance, while occupational health advice is provided by Consult Capital's specialists to both the HR consultants and employment lawyers on cases where this is required, such as in long term absence management and return to work adjustments.
Training and consultancy on Health & Safety, Business Process Improvement, Organisational Development and IT can be accessed by legal clients as required, while clients who find us via Consult Capital's services have a trusted advisor on hand for all their business legal needs- from Commercial Property to Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution to Mergers and Acquisitions.
