Capital Law recently advised the owners and managers of Bristol-headquartered British School of Motoring (BSM) in the sale of their business to The AA.
The UK's largest driving school has a 100 year history, employs more than 2,000 people and provides driving lessons to 30,000 customers. Working closely with the administrators from PwC, Capital Law advised BSM’s management team as part of the transaction.
