Sarah joined Capital Law in March 2008 and has significant experience in all areas of, contentious and non-contentious, employment law - in particular: TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinary and grievances matters, issues arising on executive termination, contractual documentation and employment policies and procedures, and Employment Tribunal advocacy.
Sarah acts mainly for employers, from sole traders to international corporations and across most sectors. She has a particular focus on charities, housing associations, manufacturers, retailers and finance companies, and does a lot of work with sme’s.
Sarah graduated with an honours degree in European law (German) from Warwick University and undertook her LPC at Cardiff University. She trained in Bristol and qualified in 1999, working for a national firm out of its offices in the South West. Sarah returned to Cardiff in 2005 and before joining Capital Law she headed up an employment team in a local firm.
Sarah regularly provides training and seminars, and contributes to radio programmes. She also speaks German.
