Richard qualified as a Solicitor in October 2010 and has a dual specialism in non-contentious commercial and intellectual property law.
Richard regularly deals with and advises on:

• company secretarial services.
Richard has just completed a year long part-time secondment to S4C, the Welsh television channel broadcast from Cardiff. Richard worked in S4C's Legal Team dealing with media, intellectual property and commercial matters including negotiating and drafting programme rights agreements, commissioning agreements, film and programme investment agreements and intellectual property licensing.
Richard also provides Capital Law’s company secretarial service to its clients.
