Nia spent the last five years of her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Legal in London before relocating to Wales in 2006. Nia has all-round experience of contentious and non-contentious employment law and many of her clients include large retailers.
Areas of particular expertise include:
- Internal disciplinary and grievance issues
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Discrimination with particular emphasis on sex and race discrimination both before,during and after employment
- Contract and policy drafting
- Executive dismissals
- Post-termination restriction disputes
