Hayley joined the Commercial Disputes team in June 2011. She works with directors, partners and shareholders in a range of businesses to protect their interests, be that through litigation or alternative means of dispute resolution such as mediation.
Before joining Capital Law, Hayley worked for Osborne Clarke (Bristol) and Eversheds LLP (Cardiff), where she specialised in advising major UK banks and building societies on breach of contract and negligence claims against solicitors and surveyors.
Hayley previously spent two years training at Eversheds’ Manchester office where she completed seats in Commercial Disputes, Banking, Planning and Property.
