Much of Elin’s time is spent advising behind the scenes in contractual disputes, disciplinary matters, redundancies and re-organisations, although she also represents clients at tribunals across the UK.

As an ADR accredited mediator, Elin is appointed to help resolve workplace and other disputes as an alternative to involving the courts or tribunals. Click here to read about our Mediation services.
Elin is also a recognised media law specialist and leads the firm’s media team. Having been Deputy Chief Executive and Solicitor at the trade association for independent television companies in Wales (“TAC”), and a Board Director at an independent television company, Elin has key connections with the major broadcasters in the UK and venture capital companies; a benefit enjoyed by the firm’s media clients.
