ICT Technical Support
Carl has worked at Capital Law since 2006, during which time he has developed his IT skills and is now studying for BSc (Honours) Computing
Carl works closely with the ICT Developer to ensure the smooth running of the IT function across Capital Law and Consult Capital (and all subsidiaries). He is the first point of contact for any IT issues or queries that arise in the business.
His responsibilities include:
- IT training for new employees as part of their induction
- setting up hardware- PCs, printers etc.
- resolving case management software queries
- managing the finger print security access control system
- managing on-site visits of the firm’s external IT service provider
- resolving IT issues for remote users (VPN, web mail etc.)
- the telephony software system- configuration, ordering equipment & troubleshooting
- configuration of company mobile phones (BlackBerrys/ iPhones)
- website/ intranet document upload
- general IT troubleshooting.
