Chris is the Managing Partner at Capital Law LLP. A commercial lawyer specialising in resolving disputes, Chris deals with the firm’s more complex, sensitive or high value cases, covering the full spectrum of litigation and employment work. As head of the Commercial Disputes team, Chris’ particular expertise lies in partnership disputes, professional negligence matters, shareholder disputes and senior executive terminations.

In addition to handling specific legal cases, Chris also regularly advises a wide range of clients about a range of commercial and operational issues, sometimes as a non-executive director but more often as a retained consultant. In February 2011, he was appointed by the Welsh Government to Chair one of its six private sector advisory panels. The Financial and Professional Services advisory panel helps the Welsh Government to understand what action the private sector thinks it should take to help encourage and grow business in this sector in Wales.
