Alun has extensive experience of commercial litigation of all types, for large and small businesses, from County Court to multi million pound High Court disputes, including:

He also advises clients in the food industry on compliance and intellectual property issues.
Alun graduated in Law from Aberystwyth University and gained a distinction in his professional Law exams at the College of law in Guildford.
He trained in London before becoming commercial litigation partner in Lloyd Bragg in Bristol. He left Lloyd Bragg to co found RDP before then forming his own commercial practice, Alun Rees, with clients in Cardiff , Bristol and the Midlands.
