Solicitor
Alexia was born and educated in Llanelli, but she moved to Exeter in 2001 where she completed a law degree at the University of Exeter in 2004. Alexia then moved to Guildford for a year to undertake the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law but returned to South Wales to complete her training..
Having successfully completed her training at Morgan LaRoche solicitors in Swansea, Alexia joined the Litigation team at Capital Law as a newly qualified solicitor in May 2008.
Alexia advises on all manner of general business disputes, but has particular expertise in the following areas:
- property litigation
- contentious trust and probate
- defamation.
Alexia is also a student member of ACTAPS.
