I joined Capital Law’s commercial litigation team on qualification in September 2006, having completed my training contract with a leading firm in Guildford.

I now work on a wide range of commercial disputes with specific emphasis on intellectual property disputes, contentious partnership matters and cases involving employees’ and directors’ duties.

Whilst aggressive action is necessary in certain situations (which may include seeking emergency injunctive relief through the Courts), I also encourage clients to consider alternative means of resolving disputes (including Mediation) when appropriate and cost effective to do so.
