    DirectorXchange

    BY INVITE ONLY

Following on from the success of our first DirectorXchange meeting which was held on 13 May 2008, our second forum is being held on the 25 September 2008 in conjunction with our co-sponsors, Bank of Scotland and Broomfield & Alexander.

DirectorXchange has been formed to bring together key decision-makers in growing SME’s. The meeting will be very participative and members will be encouraged to discuss common issues, offer advice based on their experiences and share good practice.

As with the previous event, those attending will have been personally invited, there will be none of the usual ‘sellers’ involved so you will be networking with us and other invited SME guests only. This will allow you to discuss your own business needs, develop potential business opportunities and seek our professional advice on your future plans.

Based around the feedback received in May, we are delighted to announce that Viv Du-Feu, a Partner at Capital Law (formerly International Head of Eversheds Human Resources Group), will be the keynote speaker. His presentation is based on work done in the US by generational expert Cam Marston and covered in his very successful book, Motivating the "What's in it for me?" Workforce.  This is an innovative topic which generates much discussion around work place and HR issues like recruiting, retaining and motivating your staff.

The format of the evening will be as follows:

Venue             The Village Hotel, Coryton, Cardiff.
    5.30pm            Registration
    6.00pm            DirectorXchange Forum
    8.00pm            Buffet and Networking

We would be delighted if you were able to join us.
