Generational Styles

Motivating the 'what's in it for me' workforce

Today, employers are confronted with a unique challenge in the workplace. Inspiring and leading as many as four generations of employees in the same organisation is a tough ask and can perplex even the brightest and most innovative management.

But if you can embrace generational differences and truly engage the entire workforce your organisation can gain real competitive advantage, both in recruiting talent and efficiently producing goods and services.

To help you crack this challenge, we offer a presentation based on work by US generational expert Cam Marston, author of the hugely successful book, Motivating the ‘What's in it for me’ Workforce.

The presentation will give you an understanding of the four generational groups in the workforce today and give an insight into how to successfully integrate them into a productive and competitive workforce.

This course is aimed at senior managers and is suitable for groups of 10 to 20.
