The day begins with a quiet coffee at which our trainer (always a fully qualified lawyer) is introduced to your staff. Soon the two staff participating in the training, unbeknown to their colleagues, begin a scripted quarrel which quickly gets out of hand. Your staff are then asked to manage the problem, with our help, and as they do so the story unfolds and the complexity of the problem increases, as often happens in real life.
Participants have to live with, and manage, the Consequences of the decisions they make during the course of the day. This highly interactive full or half day course is aimed at anyone who manages people, not just HR professionals and has proved to be a hugely popular method of training staff on how to manage problems.
