HOLISTIC Services, Capital Law’s human resources and training consultancy, has recruited a director of organisational development to head its academy.

Former development consultant and UK training manager with GMAC financial services Emma Hodges, pictured left, will aim to strengthen the firm’s market position.

Henry Gilbert, Holistic Services’ managing director, said: “We are experiencing a busy period of growth and Emma’s new role will help us offer market-leading development solutions to our clients, uniquely underpinned by sound legal advice from Capital Law where appropriate.”

Holistic Services employs 40 consultants supporting more than 200 organisations across the UK including SMEs, large multinational corporations and public bodies.
